Circuit Training is a form of exercise in which you can do a range of exercises over a short hit period. This will in turn help to improve overall fitness, cardiovascular system, muscular strength and overall endurance. I believe the best thing about circuits is that it does not matter what the individual's ability is as when they are exercising at each station you only focus on your own work rate.
At Spot On Coaching we are currently running Circuit Training classes for adults within the Norfolk area.
There are two different ways to pay for the Circuit Classes:
Pay-as-you-go: £6 per session
Block booking: £25 for 5 weeks
Please note that the first session for is FREE so feel free to book in and see if you like it before committing.
